Free land, they said. The deed costs extra, in a token that doesn't exist yet.
TERA mints 3,333 parcels on Robinhood Chain this month. Free for whitelisted wallets, gas only, 2 per wallet. The 3D world is already live and walkable, which puts it ahead of most metaverses.
The economy is all "Planned": • Burn $TERA to sign your deed and start earning. Amount not set. • Treasury fills from $TERA swap fees, a 5% resale royalty and upgrade fees. Up to 70% to holders. • It buys Robinhood stock tokens (SLV, USO, XOM and friends) and pays out in USDG.
Their own site on $TERA: "No contract, no sale, no date." Their own site on the stock tokens: "no shareholder rights and no dividend."
Token Autopsy: strip out the weather effects and every listed inflow is people trading $TERA, flipping land, or paying to level up. The silver snow is decorative. The revenue is your neighbors.
Credit where due: they admit paid levels are relative. If everyone upgrades, "every share ends up exactly where it started." Most projects don't print the arms race in the docs.
Free mint, paid deed, dividend-free yield. Is that a world or a toll booth with weather?
