So after Zbec or ZBCN released their updated 2026 roadmap and tokconomics, they had a spaces today and a lot of people were really excited about that spaces and what they were going to be doing moving forward in the year 2026. I found myself really asking the same question I always ask myself. Who are the people behind this project? See road maps are plans and tokconomics are structures or infrastructure but who are the people who are going to be responsible for actually executing this? So instead of reacting emotionally and price focused, I've spent some time researching the co-founder and leadership behind the Zbec or Zbec uh CBN network and not the hype around it. I just want to know the human beings that are actually building this thing. So when I deep dive into founders of a project, I'm usually
trying to answer a few basic questions here. Have they built hard things before? What is their background? Is it finance, crypto, tech? Is it a mix of those? and does their background actually match the project that they're trying to build. And that's what I've done here. And always remember, this is not a sales pitch. There's no affiliate link that I have for Zbec Network or anything related to that. This is Underground Crypto Deep Dive Research uh channel. We have a show Monday through Friday, 8:30 p.m. New York time. Got to let you know about that. And we're up and coming in the crypto niche. We have a great community. If you could, if you love this kind of content in crypto, please smash that like button and hit subscribe. Maybe share this video with a friend. The whole MMO
of our channel is to raise people's crypto IQ so they can better understand this space. And I think all too often we forget that in crypto there are people behind the scenes actually making decisions in these projects for better or for worse. So of course we have to start with the main founder of Zebec which is Sam Thapalia. I hope that I am saying that correctly. And what stood out to me about Sam was not just his role but the why behind what he is doing. So he's talked publicly about growing up without access to traditional banking. I believe he grew up in Nepal and says that he even didn't see a bank until he was a teenager. And when you hear that, Zabbec's mission really becomes clear and makes a lot of sense because the whole protocol is
about real money movement, streaming payments, continuous payroll, and breaking away from that slow traditional system. That personal background lines up with Zbec and what they're trying to solve in my opinion. So then there's Saj Thopia and I hope I'm saying that correctly. I believe there might be some relation there with the last name, but there's no public uh information to really back that up. Matter of fact, there is a lot less information publicly about him. But what he's always accredited for is business and the strategic side of the project. So, you got the vision from Sam and then the business development from Saj. And that combo makes for great infrastructure of the project. Another name you'll see a lot is the Simon Baba Kahani. I believe that's correct. And he's often referred to as the COO. He's often described
in leadership and operation roles. Simon seems to be the execution side, right? Partnerships, adoption, real world integration. He's even spoken in institutional settings about Zebec. So, while Sam brings the vision, Simon looks like the guy who's focused on making it real. Maybe he has a lot of connections in this industry. All right, there's two more names worth mentioning, and this is the first one, and he's on the technical side of things. This is Kion Shber. I hope I said that correctly. He is the CTO and he's responsible for product development, multi-chain architecture, and really just making sure that the tech works. He's worth mentioning in this review. The second person worth mentioning, and to save myself the embarrassment, I won't try to say her last name, but this is Elena. She's also on the technical side of things, she
is the CMO of Zebec, and she handles communication, partnerships, and ecosystem growth. So, you've got vision, operation, engineering, and marketing. That's a full leadership stack and I'm really liking what I'm finding here with the way that they've set up their hierarchy or the upper management if you will of Zebec. One thing that I'm always careful about really in crypto in general is to not confuse confidence with competent and a lot of projects sound confident. So when I look into the team, I'm not really asking are they loud. What I'm asking is does the background explain why this project looks the way that it does? Now, let's connect back to the road map, if you will. And this is why timing matters so much. Zbec just dropped a detailed 2026 road map and revised tokconomics. And we did a full
read of that. It'll be linked in the description. It'll be available for you at the end of the video. And when you read that update, after knowing who's behind it, it really changes the picture of everything. It makes a lot more sense. It's not necessarily good or bad, just understandable. So, the quiet part out loud, right? Does all of these credentials and the great people that they seem to have working behind the scenes network mean that they have success in the bag? Of course not, right? And no road map really ever does. But I do think there's value in separating the plan from the people who are responsible for carrying out such plan. So if you're following ZBCN longterm or you're just learning how to evaluate crypto projects in the space better, this is part of the project. Teams
don't usually tell you everything, but they usually tell you something about what is going on behind the scenes. If you've enjoyed this video, smash the like button, subscribe, send it to somebody who you know loves crypto. And I have to tell you again, if you would like to raise your crypto IQ, maybe to be a better speculator in the space, maybe you're really into the tech. Come to our live streams Monday through Friday, guaranteed 8:30 p.m. New York time, 10 p.m. on the weekends most of the time. Every once in a while, I miss one.
