Oh, and let's go look at that 4hour chart real quick as we kick this off and give people a moment to come on in. All right, here we are. So, this is a 4hour chart for BTC. This is a perpetual contract chart. It's not that different from your regular chart. This

is weeks. Can see it up here. And I don't say it very often, but I do have an affiliate link for weeks in the description if anybody is interested in using it. I rarely ever say that. Anyways, we've been talking about this complex, you know, head and shoulder for quite some time. It really should have dumped you down here, but it didn't. So, when you start seeing these things not really play out, could be a good sign. Now, could this all be? It's yet to be seen here. But to simplify things, in my opinion, I'm mostly just looking to see we are under the 400. Sorry, it's a 4 hour. We're under the 200 day moving average. Kind of just being suffocated or held down by the 21. And that pretty much tells me everything I need to know

right now. If you can't get above that 21, then you can't get above the 200. And that's all I'm really watching. Again, I'm not perpetual trading or anything like that. So, I don't really need to know all of this, that, and the other. I just am building spot bags as I believe that we are nearing the bottom of this bare market. Yes, we're in a bare market if you didn't know. Tonight is the final examination of our Richard Hart series. I hope you guys have been enjoying it. Yesterday's stream was fantastic. Defi Friday. I mean, we had Robin Hood admins playing, you know, the cart game on Kindra with us. We were getting posted in Kindra's Discord. Kindra was following us. Yakaman followed me on Twitter. So, it's just been a ton of fun. What can I really say

about that? But we're back to some serious business. We're back to raising that crypto IQ. And we are back to wrapping up this series. Saturday is the wrap-up for the week, right? So, we are not simply asking whether you like Richard Hart. That's not the point. Whether you own Hex or whether you believe Impulse Chain will succeed, we are separating the founder from the communities. And how about that comparison between Richard Hart and Charles uh the founder of Cardono. That was a lot of fun. That was a lot of fun for me to do that stream because I even learned a lot on that one. We are separating the founder from the communities and grading six different categories here. Vision, execution, adoption, transparency, ecosystem independence, and of course, founder risk. Who's all in my chat? Let's see real quick

before I get too off into the education. Where is everybody at? It's all right. It's all right. It is late on a Saturday. So, Richard Hart has delivered functioning products, built an unusual loyal community. I would say it was rather unusual. That's because of who Richard Hart is, right? He did a phenomenal job at least of influencing people regardless of what you think of him. He defeated an SEC lawsuit. That's facts. We went over that the other day on Thursday. and kept people discussing his own ecosystem for years. But PC chain's identity is still deeply connected to his personality, his claims, his marketing and controversy. So tonight we answer the difficult question. Is Richard Hart a visionary, a liability or both at the same time? And the quote of the day is the first responsibility of a leader is

to define reality. The last is to say thank you. In between the leader is a servant. And that's from Max D Pri. I didn't know that that quote there. Chris Goss in the house 333. My fellow lifers. Even though I would have I would have liked to sat there and keep watching the lifer, but when you got to go live, you got to go live. Can't mess around on that. So, what you may not know, one of my favorite series, one of my favorite parts of the show that we do is what you may not know. And that's how we really launched the show off, right? So, crypto regulatory uncertainty actually increased again

this week. The SEC canled its August 14 meeting that was supposed to considered a tailored offering framework for certain crypto investment contracts. Meanwhile, the Senate's next clarity act is scheduled for September 15th. or the next act, clarity act action, right? The next thing they're going to do about it, right? That is a proposal or a pro uh I can't talk. Wow, this is crazy. A procedural procedural, but the largest point I'm just going to skip that because for whatever reason, I'm just messing that up. The larger point is important here. The Richard Hart SEC victory settled his particular federal case, but it did not create clear rules for every token, every founder, or every crypto fundraising model. The SEC meeting notice and the official Senate schedule is where I got that information from. Let's go ahead and jump over

to the cryptobubbles and really kick this thing off. That's how you know you are not late to the stream if you haven't even seen the crypto bubbles yet. Let's head on over there. For whatever reason, I'm a little bit tired tonight. I don't know what's up with that or why. I did not I did not get up particularly early. Maybe it was that 4hour stream last night. Maybe that's why I'm tired. Anyways, Maker Dow up 29%. Let's call that 30%. 29.9%. Velvet down 17.7%. And Hash up 9.8%. Let's look at the one through 1000. What do we really have here? a negative 1.5 and a negative one from 3 to 500. That's about it for any big movement. Cisich down 50% and they've been pumping for a little bit. Anom's up 18%. Eex is up. Pulsax is up. Pulse

is up. So, shout out to the Richard Hart communities for being up a little bit today. Humanity looks like it might be coming back. I don't know what's up with that to be honest with you, but it already went from 7 cents to like 15 cents. 15 1.5 cents in a week. Beat is beat down 46%. One of my favorite jokes to make there. But your overall market cap 2.23 trillion. And yes, I am here kind of regardless of if it's good, bad, in the middle, mid, everybody's bullish, bearish, crying, laughing, doesn't really matter. Uh, I am here to uh what am I here to do? I'm here to raise my crypto IQ. Ethereum $1,877. See, you probably didn't know what I was going to say. B&B $65. XRP is at 99. For a minute there, I had to double check that XRP

was not USDC, right? Thought I was looking at the wrong price there for a minute. All right. Okay. Well, I've been saying I was glad XRP was holding above a dollar and now we have just barely barely barely ticked under a dollar. Uh I hope it pops back up. I hope tomorrow is very bullish. Solano $7527. Hyperlid $56.93. [music] Probably a pretty decent price for this. Uh unless we get a much lower bottom here. Dogecoin 7. Zcash $484. I've noticed Zcash has kind of been tanking down and Monero has been gaining on it. So, is Monero going to flip Zcash? Uh Zcash down 4.5% in the last seven days where Monero's up 8.5% in the last seven days. Chainers n Chainers too much Chainers being played on this stream. Chain Link or Link is uh $945. Had a really

nice pump today. 13.9% to the upside in the last 7 days. About 5% today. Cardono 17 cents, 17 1.5 cents. It's still drawing back from its high of 20 cents that it made recently. XLM 15 1.5 cents. Canton Network 10 cents pretty much flat. Probably a good time to buy some of that. I was hoping to get a 8 cent entry, but it hasn't happened yet. Still very may very well probably get that entry. All right. So, Toncoin, Graham, A$134. SUI 67. Probably a good time to scoop some SUI. I would say anything under a dollar is good for SUI. And what else do we got going on? Where is Meme Core at today? A$11. It's sitting pretty flat these last couple of days. Let's go see [music] what is trending. I know I clicked it. What happened? It's

not doing anything. There we go. Let's take a look at what's trending. So, Cow Protocol, Plume, Pudgy Penguins, BTC, that Bitcoin, Chainlink, Cash Cat, uh if you don't know what Cash Cat is at this point, Robin Hood ecosystem, right? Ethereum, Pawns, Canton, Hyperlquid, Wikiat, Dogecoin, Avalanche, Manad, and PQ. A lot of solid projects here trending cow protocol. Probably the only one I would think most of you don't know already and let's go right to what it is. Decentralized exchange, right? Mev protection. So, it's a decentralized exchange that claims it has me protection. I like that it has intent as a category as well. We've talked a lot about that. So, let's see. decentralized exchange protocol that utilizes batch auctions and intents [music] to provide users with MEV protection and optimize trading prices. If it works well, it might take

people a while to catch on, but I really think that uh this could be something a lot of people rather use or want integrated into other products. [music] And it employs the coincidence of wants. That's what CAL stands for. Mechanism to settle trades directly between users and their order matches, reducing the need for external liquidity. Of course, maximum extractable value is what MEV is. And you want to be protected from people extracting value from you. That's the whole point. It's got 69.9 million in its market cap, a billion max supply, and I think you guys know it all these all the other ones here. So, we're not going to spend too much time on that. I don't want to waste anybody's time late on a Saturday night. Let's go take a look at that fear and greed index. You

know, that number you should keep in the back of your mind every day. 34. All right. I mean, we were 31 7 days ago. I think we've been hanging out around 29. 27 to 29 quite a bit here. And I mean, I could literally go back here and look. Let's see. 13th was 29. The 12th was 27. 29. What's this one? 30. So, yeah. You see, I'm not making it up. I'm rolling off memory, but memor is good. All right, let's take a look at what is trending on Crypto Rank. Trying to keep a pulse on the market on a Saturday night. Really, Saturday night for me is mostly about wrapping up the the stream or the series on the stream for the week is mostly what it's about. But we still do our due diligence on a Saturday

night. You're either here or you're not, but I'm raising my crypto IQ either way. After last night's stream, it's hard to not just want to get on here and play uh DeFi games. So many good DeFi games out right now. Are we going to see that, you know, DeFi summer? Take a memory. Take a minute for the the remembrance of that DeFi summer. If you're an OG, you know what I'm talking about. All right, let's move on. Let's talk about blocks. Malaysian fintech and payment platform issuing myc fiatbacked what do they call this? Ring it stable coin. Is that what their money is called? Ringits. That's crazy. I don't know a whole lot about the money in Malaysia as I live in America. So, we'll move on from that. Alfie, Alia, Alfa, I don't know how I'm supposed to

say that. AI native layer 1 execution layer and distribution operator environment for autonomous AI agents. Sounds bullish. They've only raised $5 million, which is not a lot of money. And let's see who the backers are. Really see any like tier ones there. Saturn. We talked about Saturn the other day. They've only raised 2.8 million, but they do have YZI Labs, previously Binance. They put probably still Binance in my opinion. Saturn is a stable coin protocol that provides a stable coin and yieldbearing asset. Again, no no actual token on a lot of these projects we look at over here. I I very specifically look at stuff in funding rounds because a lot of times we see them before anybody else really knows that they're out there. Fabric Protocol, Walrus, uh Capricorn, these are all things that I would think you

would know by now. Walrus probably one of the biggest things on sui fabric protocol all about your you know robots inhouse like in a warehouse that would be working stuff like that. Dilkcom Dilkcom is an AI powered social 5 platform on base. Are they finally rolling this thing out? We've talked about this before for sure. Um, it's very hard to believe in Sociali right now. It just I just nobody has been able to do it. Well, the whole like make everything its own token is kind of just weird and confusing to everybody. Um [music] the whole like your main profile being a token that that's almost that's like manageable. But making like every post a token is just I think it's too much. But what we will let the market decide as that's who's going to decide anyways. And

Dilkham's raised 12.4 million. Let's see who we got. Do they tell us? I don't see. They don't say who invested in them. How can you raise 12.4 million but you don't know who gave them the money? It's very odd. And that's pretty much anything for new projects. Here we got Reprotocol. ICP doesn't just because they're trending doesn't mean they're up, right? ICP is down 3% today. Gcoin, what is this? Centism AI, Mantle, Plume, Mundig, Cisc, Aikido Games, Tagger, and Velvet Capital. But let's get to the education of the day. So, we always start with the problem. And the problem here is discussions about Richard Hart usually collapse into two emotional camps, right? He is a genius who proved everybody wrong or he's a dangerous marketer whose ecosystem should be avoided. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of people

in the middle here. Neither position properly separates product performance, leadership, and risk. And again, not to be repetitive, this is the recap of our series this week. So, we're kind of bringing everything that we talked about all week together. So, in conclusion, as you probably wrote on your essay, evaluate him through six independent categories. Vision, product delivery, current adoption, transparency, ecosystem independence, founder related risk. a person can score extremely well in one category and poorly in another. The payoff is it produces a more honest answer and we want to be somewhat neutral. We just want facts. All right? I'm not into echo chambers and becoming, you know, somebody's fanboy and trying to make a bunch of content to get a community to like me. I'm not into that. All right? I just want to be fair and I want

to be educated. So, a couple of things like that I learned that I didn't know stuff about the SEC case with Richard Hart. I really didn't know a lot about that. But also how PulseChain launched, how it forked from Ethereum, how it copied everything. Like I really didn't know anything about that. Uh to be honest, because the last time I deep dived a lot of this, PulseChain was just about to come out [music] and then I do I don't know. I do a deep dive of this type of stuff pertaining to like Hex and Pulsechain and stuff about once a year. But now that I do this YouTube channel, like you got to think a year ago I didn't do these live streams. Anyways, my point is we will be doing them more often than once a year. That

was back when I was just a random person who wasn't on YouTube. So, Richard Hart can be a genuine builder who created a functioning product while also being a source of reputational and key person risk. [music] He's got to manage his reputation well because if his if his reputation gets messed up, it can highly affect everything that he's built. And that's a lot of stress and weight. I don't think a lot of people see people are real quick to like dehumanize people and I don't really love all that because you know he's a person and he's got a lot of probably stress and risk and you know lawsuits and SEC cases like how many SEC cases have you been through? You get my point? So it's like I I feel for him a little bit but you know at

the same time you also stick your neck out there. There's risks and rewards. I'm pretty sure he's a billionaire. I think that there's some reward there for everything that he may or may not have to go through. Those two conclusions are not mutually exclusive. And my whole point was that, you know, we don't want to dehumanize people and not care about, you know, the fact that they have a lot riding on their shoulders and it's probably pretty stressful to be them, right? So vision was their coherent plan. Was there a coherent plan? Said better. Hex, Pulsechain, and Pulse X were not three unrelated tokens. Hex created a time locking and delayed gratification narrative. Pulsechain created a lowerc cost EVM environment for the community and Pulseex became the ecosystem's primary liquidity and trading venue. They all worked together that demonstrated

a co a coherent ecosystem strategy even if the critics dispute the originality or long-term value of each component. The execution did he actually deliver? A founder should receive credit for shipping functioning products. Hex launched. Pulse chain launched. Pulse X launched. Think about how many things get heavily delayed, never launch, half launch, get walked away from. He actually launched everything he said he was going to do. The network processes, transactions, supports measurable trading activity. It works. That separates Richard Hart from founders who raise attention and capital but never release a functioning product. How many crypto coins and websites [music] have a a road map about what they're going to do? Some at some point when you give them all your money, they're going to do stuff. Trust them. Um, at least Richard Hart actually built things. However, delivery proves execution.

[music] It does not automatically prove adoption, decentralization, or sustainable value. PulseChain's current data shows as a stream builds, right? Defi Llama reports approximately, and this is where we hit you with a bunch of numbers. You rather lock in with numbers or you don't. You rather understand what's being said or you don't. 56.4 million impulse chain automated market maker liquidity. 36 million in 7-day decentralized exchange volume, 105, in 7-day automated market maker fees, 33.9, call that 34 million in stable coins, and 65 million in bridges. cuz I tried to make those numbers a little easier for you. You could [music] see them on the screen if you need to know the exact numbers. All right, Pulseex accounts for roughly 55 million of the reported automated market maker liquidity. Pulseex being the exchange, the pancake swap, the uh unis swap or

any other exchange that you can think of, right? That proves pulse chain has real onchain activity. It also reveals concentration. Most tracked automated market maker liquidity remains centered around Pulseex rather than a broad collection of major independent applications. I think that was very much done on purpose. So I wouldn't really take points away for that. I would almost give points for that because when it comes to liquidity, you don't want it fragmentated, especially on a smaller chain. Now, it's one thing to have a bunch of different decentralized exchanges and a little bit of fragmented liquidity on like Ethereum because it's huge. And even if the liquidity is fragmented, people are not having trouble getting in and out of stuff on a smaller chain or a newer chain, that can be a totally more profound problem to have. The founder

premium, Richard Hart gives the ecosystem several advantages. exceptional ability to command attention because he does that pretty much for everybody. A loyal community willing to defend and promote the products, a recognizable identity, and an overcrowded crypto market. Uh consistent messaging around self-custody and delayed gratification. The ability to keep hex and pulse chain culturally connected. That attention is valuable. Many technical function functional blockchains disappear because nobody cares enough to really discuss them and that can be a big issue. The founder discount. So we talked about a founder premium. Now let's talk about a founder discount. The same personality attracts attention can also create frict uh friction. A highly polarizing founder can make it hard to attract neutral developers. You're rather in or you're out. You're hot or you're cold. There's no in between. outside capital major integrations, exchange support, and

users who dislike the founder, but might otherwise use the technology. And you know, probably things like uh not promotions, that's not quite the word I'm looking for, collaborations with other people. Even if who you're trying to collaborate with doesn't necessarily dislike you, they can still look at the landscape socially and be like, "It might not be worth us touching them." They don't want any kind of negative controversy. Most of them most of them don't want any negative controversy of any kind, right? And that's just it is what it is. That is how they run their business. This is called key person risk. The code can remain decentralized while the ecosystem's reputation and demand remains unusually dependent on one individual. What the SEC victory really adds to [music] his scorecard. That's what we're going to talk about next here. Just

wanted to sell something off real quick. Let's get rid of that. Thank goodness. Good [music] riddens. Get right above water on something and you're like, let's get the heck out of that. All right, moving on. So, Richard Hart achieved a genuine legal victory when the SEC lawsuit was dismissed and the agency declined to amend its complaint, which kind of signals that they knew they didn't have what they needed to really bring him down or convict him or whatever you want to say. They didn't have the sauce. They didn't have the juice to keep it going. But the court primarily found problems with the US jurisdiction and the domestic connection alleged by the SEC because that's America and you have to prove that it has something to do with America. They can't just run around and try to bring a

lawsuit against anybody they don't like [music] who had nothing to do with offerings in America. It did not hold a full trial establishing that every aspect of Hex, Pulsechain, and Pulseex uh never fall under security laws. Basically, they didn't hash anything out. It got shut down off a jurisdiction pretty much right off the gate. You can say that Richard Hart beat the SEC cuz he did. They were kind of foolish to bring that trial because I don't know what they were expecting. I guess they were expecting maybe a judge to just side with them because they I don't know because they're an American, you know, part of the government. But it also doesn't mean that they took the time to go through all the details of everything that he has built and things like that. Therefore, legal defense score

strong. Universal regulatory clarity score still unresolved. And that's that's what I really want to say about this is it really didn't do anything if you understand a lot of lawsuits and how future lawsuits will be. It didn't do anything for any future lawsuits for other people really, unless it's purely on jurisdiction. If you're just rolling in, smash that like button. We are wrapping up the stream uh stream series. I'm not I mean not not that I'm wrapping up the stream. I'm wrapping up the series of the week. Wow, I really did that. Very confusing. Uh the vi the final verdict here is that Richard Hart's strongest argument for being a visionary is that he developed a connection a connected ecosystem, right? He delivered its core products like he said he would, survived years of criticism, which is not easy

to do, and maintained a committed community. That's much harder. This is what I was talking about dehumanizing people. It's like we forget he's a person, and that's an accomplishment. Have you guys ever tried to push anything on the social media ever? It's not easy. Sometimes you almost have to get up there and say crazy stuff like Hex is better than Bitcoin, you know? Did he just say that to get a ton of attention? cuz it worked. It worked for sure. His strongest liability is that the ego systems identity, credibility, and outside perception remains heavily tied to him. It It's one of those things where it's like the best thing and the worst thing all at the same time. A balanced conclusion here is that Richard Hart is both a visionary builder and a potential growth ceiling, right? He he

might kind of stunt how far you can go, but nobody would have gone anywhere without him in the first place. So, it's a double-edged sword. PulseChain proves it can operate without him. It has not uh conclusively proved that it can attract large-scale adoption without being culturally centered around him. That's very different. So, here's our founder scorecard and the wrapping up of this series, right? And this is like a one through 10. So, Vision, what do I want to give him for Vision? Let's see. In total out of 60 you have here. For vision, I kind of have to give him an eight for sure. Product delivery. And none of this score, none of this matters here. It's just kind of for fun. Product delivery, I got to give him a 10 out of 10. I can't really think of

anything that he said was going to work that didn't work, right? Or that they got rid of at the last minute. Current adoption, I probably have to give him like a six on that. Transparency, probably an eight. ecosystem independency probably like a seven and founder risk management. I I'd have to give him a high score on that. I'd have to give him like an eight cuz he's been quiet lately. And that kind of concludes I'm not going to bother to try to like add it up and give him a score. Uh it's not a test, guys. It's just a wrap-up of this series for this week. Let's take a look at our top gainers, top losers over on Block Works. Shout out to Block Works. I don't know if I hit the right thing here. camp there. We got a lot of four to almost 5% gainers there. Let's go to top losers. Velvet. A lot of people want a piece of Velvet though. So, Velvet might just be on discount for a lot of people who wanted to get it. I like it. I don't know if I want I just seems like one too many coins for me at this point. Belladex and Artificial Super Intelligence Alliance FET basically. And where would you guys like to go from here? I do very much have to shout out Kendra because last night's stream was pretty awesome. Can you guys believe it?
